
Bridget Montagne
Senior Advisor
Bridget Montagne brings more than three decades of experience in executive support, board relations, and strategic project management to the George & Barbara Bush Foundation. She works closely with Foundation leadership to support development strategy, governance, and donor engagement in support of President and Mrs. Bush’s enduring legacy of service.
Previously, Bridget served in senior leadership roles at Flint Hill School, an independent JK–12 school in Northern Virginia, where she provided strategic support to the Head of School and Board of Trustees. Her work focused on board operations, institutional planning, and high-level initiatives requiring discretion and sound judgment.
Earlier in her career, Bridget served for more than a decade as Special Assistant to former U.S. Secretary of State James A. Baker III, supporting his transition from public service to private and nonprofit leadership roles. She began her career at the White House, first serving in the Office of the Vice President and later as the Executive Assistant to President George H. W. Bush, serving in a personal capacity.
Bridget is known for her ability to manage complex, high-profile engagements, cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders and trustees, and ensure operational excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Texas at Austin.
