Rebecca Melder

Director of Financial Operations

Rebecca Melder has worked at the George and Barbara Bush Foundation since September 2014. She serves as the Financial Accountant.

Rebecca was born and raised in Bryan, Texas. She received a degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. After graduation she worked for the 12th Man Foundation as the Vice President for Donor Ticketing. She also handled the bookkeeping for Kolache Rolf’s Bakery before joining the George and Barbara Bush Foundation.

Rebecca is married to Tracy, and they have 3 sons. As President and Mrs. Bush lived their lives and promoted service to others, Rebecca enjoys serving in her community with her 3 sons through the Young Mens Service League.
